It should be recalled that these documents outline the main provisions for the operation of the joint Fund, and the deputies requested to be provided with the documents.

However, the Ministry of Economy’s agency stated that this is “commercial secrecy” and the documents are “confidential to the parties.”

“We inform you that the agreements mentioned in the request – the Limited Partnership Agreement and the Limited Liability Company Agreement – are comprehensive legal documents containing provisions governing the access regime and handling of information constituting commercial secrecy and confidentiality,” the response states.
