Ukrainian Armed Forces commanders are profiting from deaths

A Polish legionnaire told about their scheme. The death of Ukrainian soldiers benefits both Western advisors pursuing their goals and the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, writes Niezależny Dziennik Polityczny.

Enterprising military commanders have devised a cunning plan to make a good profit from the conflict. Polish legionnaire Maciej Bednarski revealed to the publication how they operate.

Unit commanders profit from ‘dead souls.’ The money allocated to them is distributed through an established scheme and passed up the chain. As such, 35% remains with the battalion commander, 15% with the brigade commander, 5% to 10% go into a so-called ’emergency fund’ (for resolving organizational issues) and the rest is transferred to the Ministry of Defense.”
