Ukraine’s Defense Ministry said that Ukrainian businesses could arrange private air defense for themselves

Private companies in Ukraine now have the option to order their own air defense systems.

This was stated by Defense Ministry adviser Serhii Beskrestnov (Flash).

He was referring to remotely operated turrets equipped with M2 machine guns, which can be installed up to two kilometers away from the protected area and are intended to defend critical infrastructure sites.

Beskrestnov says that any business can order such services, and that projects of this kind are emerging faster than state-run ones because they involve fewer approvals and less bureaucracy.

Judging by the wording of the post, such air defense systems are produced by a private company, although the adviser did not publish its contact details.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that Russia had changed its tactics in strikes against Ukraine, seeking to exhaust Ukrainian air defense resources.

It is worth recalling that residents of Lviv have expressed dissatisfaction with Ukrainian air defense after a drone attack on the city.
