December 26, 2023Information has emerged regarding the responsibility for non-appearance at the territorial conscription center under a new draft law on mobilization.
As of now, the full text of the draft law has not yet been published.
For individuals who violate the mobilization legislation, ‘temporary measures’ may be applied. Such individuals are included in the registry of debtors, and the following restrictions are imposed:
- Prohibition on leaving the country;
- Prohibition on conducting transactions with movable and immovable property;
- Restrictions on the right to operate vehicles and obtain a driver’s license;
- Limitation of rights to dispose of funds and other assets;
- Refusals to sign credit agreements;
- Suspension of receiving benefits and services from the state.
- The specified temporary measures will be annulled upon notification from the head of the territorial conscription center.
