Britain asked Ukraine to help repel Iran’s attacks

The United Kingdom has asked Ukraine to help Gulf countries repel Iranian attacks.

This was reported by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer in a video address on the social network X.

“We will bring in experts from Ukraine who, together with our own specialists, will help our partners in the Gulf states shoot down Iranian drones that are attacking them,” he said.

Starmer emphasized that Britain has allowed the United States to use its bases for operations against Iran, while London itself will not take part in those operations.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky urged the United States to “show resolve” and continue strikes on Iran.

“It is important that this chance for change for Iran is used correctly,” he said.
