Paris is not intending to send its troops to Ukraine.
This was stated by the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Stéphane Séjourne, in an interview with France Inter.
“The French will not die for Ukraine. We will not send troops,” said Stéphane Séjourne.
Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron described all his remarks about the possibility of sending Western troops to Ukraine as “considered.”
The Minister of Defense of France, Sébastien Lecornu, has already explained that there is no question of sending troops to wage war against Russia; participants at the summit in Paris were only proposing various ideas regarding support for Ukraine.
