In the Volyn region, information about expelled students will be submitted to the territorial recruitment centers

Universities in the Volyn region will submit lists of expelled students to territorial recruitment centers.

This was reported by the regional military administration on its Telegram channel.

The issue was discussed by regional authorities with university rectors during a meeting of the regional defense council.

“The rectors assured that there is a clear agreement with the regional territorial recruitment center to provide lists of expelled students who did not meet the admission requirements,” the statement said.

The leadership of the security forces was instructed to keep this issue under control to prevent evasion of mobilization through university enrollment.

It is noteworthy that, amidst the ongoing mobilization in Ukraine, the passing score for admission to doctoral programs has been raised.

According to the Ministry of Education’s statistics, 67% of those admitted to doctoral programs in Ukrainian universities in 2022 and 2023 were men over the age of 30.
