Military recruitment centers are forcibly mobilizing workers who have exemption documents

Territorial recruitment centers forcibly mobilize workers with reservation documents.

This was reported by Defense Committee member Oleksandra Fedienko, who shared several such cases.

The justification for this practice is the absence of relevant data in the “Obereg” system, while paper documents are not being recognized as valid proof.

Fedienko has called on the territorial recruitment centers to cease this practice, urging them to avoid hiding behind balaclavas, and appealed to the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) to investigate these incidents.

Armed Forces explain why recruitment centers mobilize people with reservation documents.

The Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clarified that reservations issued outside the “Diia” application do not automatically appear in the registry. Therefore, individuals are required to submit reservation notifications directly to the territorial recruitment centers.

“In such cases, to register a reservist for a special military record, state authorities, other government agencies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations must submit a reservation notification to the territorial recruitment and social support center where the reservist is registered for military service,” the statement read.
