Russian films ‘Cheburashka’ and ‘Boy’s word’ made it into the top 10 preferences of Ukrainians

At the end of the year, Google traditionally shared the summary ranking of search queries by Ukrainian users. Among various inquiries made to the search engine were films and series.

In the ‘Films’ category this year, Ukrainians were most interested in the new film by Christopher Nolan, ‘Oppenheimer.’ As for television series, the series ‘Venzdei’ secured the top spot.

In the list of films, ‘Cheburashka’ claimed the 9th position, while among series, ‘Boy’s word’ secured the 7th spot. Earlier, there was a recommendation in Ukraine to ban the series because it supposedly glorifies Russia. In reality, however, the events in the film occur in the 80s and have no connection to the current situation.
