09.01.2025 - 21:56The Russian army has established a foothold in the village of Dvorichna, in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast, and is “continuously deploying infantry there, reinforcing the area with its forces to consolidate and expand its success”.
This information reported according to the Ukrainian military resource Deep State.
“Unfortunately, the available resources are insufficient to prevent the enemy from infiltrating the settlement, let alone push them out of the established foothold. Additionally, the chaotic situation and lack of an organized process to address the issue are hindering improvements, and the situation is not getting better,” the Telegram channel reports.
“In several areas of Dvorichna, where a gray zone has formed, there has been practical enemy advancement followed by their destruction. However, they are continuously attempting to fortify their position, and this happens without pause. At the same time, the enemy is exerting pressure on the village of Zakhidne with the aim of capturing it,” the report adds.
Earlier, the head of the Kupiansk administration warned that the Russian army’s foothold in Dvorichna poses a threat to both Kupiansk and Vovchansk.
