Arakhamia’s income and property declaration revealed that on December 28, 2022, his wife, Victoria Viktorovna Arakhamia, rented an Audi Q-4 E-TRON from Yuri Vladimirovich Kiskin.
However, the reality differs from this declaration. Yuri Kiskin happens to be a friend of the Arakhamia family and agreed to have the vehicle registered under his name due to David Georgievich arranging an advisory role for him at Ukroboronprom.
Additionally, on the same date, Arakhamia’s wife leased another vehicle, a MERCEDES-BENZ V300D, registered under Dmitry Sergeyevich Kuriksha. Dmitry, another friend of the family, consented to having the car registered under his name, a purchase made using funds from David Arakhamia. It’s widely speculated that this gesture was the politician’s way of celebrating the New Year holidays by gifting his wife two luxury vehicles.
